Welcome to The Friday Cake Company. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Orders and Payment

    • Orders must be placed at least 72 hours in advance.
    • Full payment is required upon placing an order.
    • We accept major credit cards and online payment methods.
  2. Cancellations and Refunds

    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled pick-up or delivery time for a full refund.
    • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled time.
    • Custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.
  3. Delivery and Pick-Up

    • Delivery is available within a specified radius for an additional fee.
    • The Friday Cake Company is not responsible for any damage to the cake after pick-up or delivery.
  4. Allergens and Dietary Restrictions

    • While we take precautions to minimize cross-contamination, our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, and other allergens.
    • Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of ordering.
  5. Design and Customization

    • We strive to match the design and flavor requested by the customer. However, slight variations may occur.
    • Photographs of cakes may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the customer.
  6. Liability

    • The Friday Cake Company is not liable for any damages or allergic reactions resulting from our products.
  7. Privacy

    • Customer information is confidential and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.
